CiraNet Owner/Resident Portal

All members of the association have access to our robust Owner/Resident Portal. This helpful and convenient tool puts a wealth of information and resources at your fingertips, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Before utilizing this portal, you first need to register your account. This is where you will find your account balance, quick links, community announcements and any activity related to your account.

Homestead Commons

The social heart and gathering hub of the community Homestead Commons is the perfect complement to living every day to its fullest. The Commons is anchored by our resort-style pool, open play areas, fitness center and open-air pavilion.

Trails & Parks

Homestead provides a great connection to the outdoors with nearly five miles of hike and bike trails, scenic ponds and open green space. Two additional parks are in the process of being constructed.

Home Modifications

Before beginning any modification to the exterior of your home, please review the design guidelines and submit an application to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

Help & Support

The Homestead HOA association staff is onsite Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Located in the Welcome Center at Homestead Commons, you can visit them in person with any questions or concerns. For after-hours assistance reach out to the Resident Services Group at 1-855-947-2636.

We've got the answers

All Homestead homeowners shall pay assessments on a quarterly basis of $312.00. These assessments are due January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st. You will need to set up your resident account by visiting www.RealManage.com and navigating to the resident portal, where you can choose to pay by ACH, eCheck/ Credit Card. Your first assessments were covered in your closing documents. Please check those documents to confirm how much was paid upfront at closing. 

In Homestead, all mail is delivered to your individual mailbox, at the location designated by the United States Postal Service. Mailboxes are installed by the developer during the constructions process and individual mail keys are provided to the homeowner by USPS. In the instance of a lost or new key needed, please contact the local USPS at 210-658-2631.

Phase One:

  • Gas service: CenterPoint Energy at 1-800-427-7142

All homeowners will receive two (2) complimentary digital mobile access passes to the amenities. A maximum of two (2) additional resident mobile access passes may be purchased for $10 per pass. Our access control system is a cloud-based, touchless, and automatic door-opening system that offers the unique “Wave to Unlock” feature. You don’t even have to take out your phone or open the app to unlock the doors, simply “wave” your hand over the access panel and the door will unlock! To get your digital mobile access passes, fill out the Amenity Access and Usage forms, found here, and submit them to the Association team via email or in person. You will be notified via email with your unique activation link to our amenity access system, OpenPath.

The Homestead HOA has a few forms of communication channels to reach our homeowners; our eNewsletter, the HOA website, and our Facebook page. Our monthly eNewsletter, Homestead Happenings, is issued at the end of each month for the following month through Constant Contact.
