Homestead Happenings
Our detailed monthly e-Newsletter, Homestead Happenings will hit your inbox on the last Tuesday of each month. Each week on Thursdays you will receive our Homestead Highlights, which will preview the next week’s events, community announcements and updates.
Homestead Commons
At Homestead Commons, children can splash away in the pool or splash pad, play at the Kiddie Park and families can barbecue at the Pavilion.
Open-Air Pavilion
Our open-air Pavilion is the ideal place to turn neighbors into friends. Sit around the fireplace, watch a game, and grill at one of the two bbq stations. You can also rent the Pavilion for private parties!
Community Parks
Our community features a City Park currently in the final phases of development by the City of Schertz that will connect to Hilltop Park. Future plans include Deer Horn Park that will include a dog park.
Great Lawn
Our manicured Great Lawn at Homestead Commons is the perfect place to enjoy impromptu fun and games anytime! It is also the ideal location for our movies under the stars and community events.
Fitness Center
Our 24 hour Fitness Center features state-of-the-art equipment for all fitness levels. Situated just over 2,300 square feet, the center also includes innovative fitness machines like Espresso Bikes, treadmills, stairmaster and rowing.
Honor Trail
Dedicated on Veterans Day 2023, Honor Trail is one of nearly five miles of trails throughout Homestead with scenic ponds and open green space to enjoy while you take your hike around the community
